Client Services Executive

Warrington, Cheshire – £25k to £35k Depending on experience.

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an ambitious, creative and results-driven Client Services Executive to join one of Europe’s leading classic vehicle auctioneers. The company is now in its 28th year and has an enviable reputation for innovation and integrity in the industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This will be a varied role for which you will not only need to possess good organisational skills across the board but also be able to pick up the nuances of the market and know how to deal with clients efficiently. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team the successful applicant will have strong IT skills.

Key duties will include:

  • Initial client contact for inbound enquiries
  • Managing and maintaining website auction content
  • Monitoring sales leads
  • Quality assurance of entered data to back office system
  • Client services incl. transport arrangements, V5/paperwork processing, complaint handling
  • Keeping accurate records of all lot movements
  • Updating 3rd party websites
  • Stock checks and ordering supplies
  • Liaising with the marketing department and content control
  • Supplying print images for marketing and press
  • Liaising with clients, staff and suppliers
  • Assisting staff with administrative duties
  • Reporting to management

PERSON SPECIFICATION

To apply for this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar administrative position. In addition, you should be able to offer:

  • First-class oral and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills (network maintenance, hardware and software)
  • Knowledge of auction processes is advantageous
  • Driven, determined and results-focused attitude

The right candidate will be required to work away from home, with over-night stays to assist onsite at auction events within the UK.

Automotive Technician

West Bromwich – £29k+, Monday to Friday, Permanent Position

My client are looking for a skilled Technician to work for a National Service Centre in the West Bromwich area.

You would need to be a fully skilled Level 3 Technician & MOT Tester to work alongside their existing skilled and dedicated team, and be dedicated to delivering a first-class service to their customers.

You must be able to use current diagnostic equipment, have a proven track record in delivering ‘right first time’ work and be a team player with excellent communication skills.

In this role you will work towards productivity and efficiency targets, carry out diagnostic work and repair and service all makes of vehicles. A full driving licence is essential along with a flexible and customer-focused attitude.

The Benefits:

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, No weekends

Salary: £29,000+ depending on experience, plus bonus.

Start Date: ASAP

Sales Executive

Reading – £18k Basic + Commisson

We are looking for a confident, presentable colleague to join our sales department. The sales role is the main driving force for the success of the company and, as such, demands the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. The successful candidate will be able to:

Demonstrate a proven track record in sales, coupled with a desire and enthusiasm to exceed monthly targets.

Sell vehicles profitably and be able to achieve targets agreed with the Sales Manager.

Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance, integrity and loyalty.

Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork.

Assist and participate in the preparation of promotional activities, mailing campaigns, vehicle displays and training meetings to ensure full awareness of company activities.

A full driving licence is essential.

The Benefits:

Basic Salary £18,000+ per annum – OTE £40,000.

5 Days per week including Saturday.

Workshop Controller

Birmingham – £25k to £35k

We are looking for a competent Workshop Controller to be the main interface between our team of Technicians and the front of house service reception.  The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and leadership experience.  The main responsibilities will be ensuring that each day’s workload is completed as efficiently as possible, ensuring good communications between all parties.  Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will also be responsible for a number of key workshop functions including supervising a team of Technicians and Apprentices and organising rotas.  You will also be required to assist customers and explain work carried out, therefore mechanical knowledge is essential.
